Still need to add Xue to listserv. -- Alexandra 5/12/18 - attended orientation - LB 5/23/2018 - April reports that home visit was not satisfactory. They keep their cat mostly in the garage and it reeked of urine. April also learned that they adopted a dog from OCAS and kept it in a crate then returned it because it would urinate when let out of the crate. It sounds like they did not take it outside frequently enough, nor when letting it out of the crate. The house was very hot as if they do not use air conditioning. We cannot proceed with having her foster. -Denise-
