Kramer is a tricolor beagle with soft, long floppy ears.
Kramer is a sweet, lovable, happy boy! He loves children and other dogs, and he is always ready to play (he would be too much for a dog smaller than he is). He happily hangs out in the fenced yard with my Labradors and enjoys his doggie door. Chewing on bones and a peanut butter–filled Kong are definitely his favorite things to do in his spare time. He loves attention from his person, but also he can be independent. He is a beagle who likes to “talk” sometimes, so only a detached home would be suitable.
Although he is not in the habit of getting up on the furniture, he loves to snuggle if you bring him on the sofa with you! Kramer is house-trained and crate-trained, and respects baby gates blocking off areas of the house. He does fine with stairs (we live in a 2-story house).
Kramer usually sleeps in our bedroom in his crate. We love his cute little doggy snores! A curious little guy, Kramer will follow you around to see what you are doing. He is good on a leash and he adores going on walks! A fenced yard is preferred, but not required.
