Tipper is just the cutest puppy with long legs and big ears that stand up and then flop over at the top. He's mostly black with assorted splashes of white.
Tipper is full of energy and love, and is such a happy dog! He loves to play and run after a ball as well as chase his foster mom's dog. He is so thrilled to see you when you come home that all you have to do is say, "Hi, Tipper," and you'd think he hadn't seen you for months! Tipper adores other dogs, cats, and people alike. But his favorite thing is to be by his people. This wonderful puppy will thrive with an active person/family who likes to hike, walk, and run. Having a new brother or sister to play with would also be terrific!

Tipper is receiving his puppy vaccinations and will be microchipped soon.
Tipper was rescued after being found injured behind a Dumpster. He was brought to a wonderful, generous local veterinarian, who treated him, started his vaccinations, and gave him his first doses of flea/tick/heartworm preventative--and has committed to continuing his vaccinations and neutering him as age appropriate!
IAR subsidizes post-adoption professional training with Jane Marshall (www.cheerydogs.com) to encourage a life-long and successful bond between the dog and the adopter. Group classes for puppies and adult dogs are provided at a substantial discount to IAR adopters.
