Harley is fluffy, cuddly, snuggly, and playful. He is always at his foster mom's feet after playtime, hoping for a cuddle. He loves to play tug-of-war with his brother, carry around a fluffy purple stuffed toy, and stand on the porch outside, gazing into the yard. He can't wait to be big enough to run all around!
