Willa Grace is a beautiful Husky-Australian Shepherd mix. She is mostly chocolate, with some speckled tan around her paws, a white spot on her chest, a half-cropped tail, and gorgeous green eyes. Her ears flop over--unless she is curious, and then they stick straight up in the air!
Willa Grace loves to play! She will run and jump, chasing toys and puppies around the fenced yard, playing as hard as she can. She loves other dogs and is happy to play with any who come into her yard. Half the time you will find her with her with her tongue out, smiling as she plays with her doggy friends. Willa's current love is a 100-pound lab who lives next door. She is absolutely over the moon when he comes over, and they are often found kissing through the fence!
Willa does great in the crate when around other dogs. She does have some anxiety when I’m a new home and left alone so she would be best with someone who is around during the day or with lots of other dogs. She sleeps in there at night and stays there when her foster mom is away. She is still a bit slow to warm up to new situations, but when she is acclimated and particularly happy and excited, that tail wags furiously!
We are working on leash walking and she is doing great, and she adores a good walk. She is an active pup with so much love to give! Willa Grace will make someone an amazing dog!
