Bowman is an affectionate and loyal puppy! Whether you're cooking in the kitchen or relaxing on the couch, Bowman will sit nearby like the good boy he is, happy just to be close to you. He also adores snuggles and kisses, making him the perfect little cuddle buddy.

Bowman's other love language is playtime! His ideal home includes one or more canine siblings who will match his energy and keep him entertained. Bowman is very gentle and sweet with children, although his exuberant (and occasionally mouthy) play style is best suited for older kids who understand puppy behavior.

An active and observant puppy, Bowman needs a fenced yard where he can zoom around and keep a watchful eye on the squirrels in the trees. Bowman also enjoys short walks around the neighborhood, especially when he gets to meet new friends! However, he sometimes pulls on the leash and can be overwhelmed by all the sights, smells, and loud cars passing by. With continued practice and a confident doggy role model, Bowman will soon be a leash-walking champ.

Bowman is eager to learn and responds beautifully to consistency and positive reinforcement. He is doing well with a regular potty routine, uses the doggy door like a pro, and loves car rides. Although Bowman is not fully crate-trained, he likes to decompress in a small room blocked off by a baby gate. He sleeps through the night without a peep!

A foodie at heart, Bowman adores all kibble and treats -- unless they're carrots. So far, carrots are a no-go! Sometimes, Bowman will dance around on his hind legs like a giant meerkat trying to get treats or see what's on the table, so he will benefit from learning commands like Sit and Stay. He is always very gentle when taking treats out of your hand.

Bowman sports a handsome russet coat with white markings on his muzzle, chest, and feet. His short tail curls over his back, and he has the cutest airplane ears! Bowman also has very endearing facial expressions, with the tiniest of underbites and a little pink lower lip.
