All About Me

Piper has an understated beauty and sweetness! Super affectionate, she loves to cuddle but is not needy, and will find a comfy spot to take a nap in when you are busy around the house. She's the canine version of a Zen master when inside, maintaining a serene silence. House-trained and crate-trained, with impeccable manners, she is easy to have around.

This girl is made for a simple life. She prefers sleeping on the couch rather than her crate. After morning zoomies in the fenced backyard she likes a quick trip to Starbucks for a pup cup (she loves going for car rides). During the day, Piper alternates between her favorite pastimes: playing or sunbathing in the yard.

Piper would adore a fenced yard so she can continue to romp to her heart’s content. And she would love to have another playful dog of similar-size or an active family (older kids would be fine).

She does the cutest trick with her toys: flings one up, watches where it lands, looks around (as if she can't find it), and then . . . pounces! And when she does her big stretches, she flips her back paws to stretch allllll the way down to her toes.

Although leash-trained, sometimes Piper gets nervous while walking out and about--but she is easily redirected with a word or a treat.

Adopt Piper, and you'll gain a loyal, loving friend who will enrich your life with her sweet nature and playful spirit!
