All About Me

Strider is playful, sweet, and a master cuddler. He often shows affection by leaning against you -- much like an oversized kitty cat!

Strider is great with other dogs and children, making him a perfect fit for a big, active family. Although he may be shy at first (and sometimes barks at strangers), he gets along with just about everybody. All he needs is a little time to warm up to new friends!

House-trained and crate-trained, Strider has excellent house manners. He normally sleeps outside the crate, and he can hang out unsupervised for several hours while you work or run errands. Give him a soft place to nap and some hard toys to chew, and he's as happy as can be!

A true outdoorsman, he loves zooming around outside with human and doggie playmates. Strider also enjoys going on walks. He tends to pull on the leash, but training and patience will help him become the best walking companion.

A quick learner, Strider already knows several commands, including Sit, Lay Down, and Dance. His dance moves are oh-so-silly and endearing! He's always ready to strut his stuff.

If you're looking for an active playmate, a snuggle buddy, or even a dance partner, Strider can't wait to join your crew! He will bring so much joy and laughter to his forever family.

HEALTH
Strider is neutered, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccinations. He will be microchipped at his next vet appointment.

HISTORY
Strider's owner had to leave the country to care for a sick family member.

PHYSICAL
Strider is a lithe and long-legged looker! He has tawny fur with a faint white stripe running from his nose to his forehead.
