Because Buffy is younger than 6 months of age, it is IAR policy that he must be adopted with another kitten or into a household with a young cat (general guideline of 2 years or younger but on a case by case basis).

Buffy is a super sweet and playful guy! He came to us with a wounded tail that had to be partially amputated but that has not slowed him down one bit! He is very curious and adventurous and aims to be friends with every cat he meets!
