PERSONALITY & BEHAVIORS
Sweet Anna Bell loves to smile! Her tongue is almost always hanging out, and she is happiest spending time with her people. After chasing her ball in the fenced yard or going on a long walk, she enjoys curling up for a nap. Sometimes, you might catch her snoring!

A friendly pup, Anna Bell enjoys being with people and other pets. She has peacefully coexisted with cats and enjoys playing with her foster's resident male dog. She can be selective with large male dogs, however, and requires slow introductions to make sure she is comfortable. Because of her size and energy, her adoptive home should have no small children.

Polite and endearing, Anna Bell is housetrained and knows basic commands including Sit, Wait, and Lie Down. She walks calmly on a leash and loves her bed, preferring to stay in or near it when left unsupervised. Anna Bell also knows not to get on the furniture--even when getting cuddles! Resting her head on your lap, she'll ask for pets with her gentle puppy eyes. This girl has so much love to give!

Anna Bell has a dappled white and ginger coat, floppy ears, and warm brown eyes.

HEALTH
Anna Bell is up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

HISTORY
Anna Bell's previous owners surrendered her to a Good Samaritan, who subsequently contacted IAR.

IAR subsidizes post-adoption professional training with Jane Marshall (www.cheerydogs.com) to encourage a life-long and successful bond between the dog and the adopter. Group classes for puppies and adult dogs are provided at a substantial discount to IAR adopters.
