Mae J is named after Mae Jemison. She loves to hang out with her brother Neil (named after Neil Armstrong). Their names were chosen to reflect their adventurous and exploring spirits. Mae J is very curious and loves to check out anything new in her environment. She also loves to go to the very top of the cat climbing tower and hang out there with her brother.

Mae J is very sweet and purrs as soon as she is picked up. She loves to be cuddled and petted by her foster humans. She will make a wonderful pet.

Mae J can be adopted on her own. If adopted as a part of a pair, she would love to be adopted with her brother!
