Meet Max! He's a handsome and affectionate guy who loves to hang with his humans. Calm and laid-back, Max spends most of his days napping, and he enjoys playtime with his foster family's resident dog--the two wrestle and chase one another around the yard. He's great around cats, too! Max has impeccable house manners and is fully housebroken, and he has mastered the commands Sit, Down, Stay, and Shake. He's is a perfect companion and would be a fantastic addition to any home!

PHYSICAL
Max has a mostly black body, fawn legs and facial markings, and speckles of grey around his muzzle. He has a very expressive face!

HEALTH
Max is up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and heartworm negative. He has arthritis, which is being managed with Cosequin, a supplement that supports joint health.

HISTORY
Max was loved and well-taken care of by his previous owner, who had to give Max up after falling ill. His previous owner requests that Max keep his name--as an older pup, Max knows his name well.
