PHYSICAL
Sophia has a long reddish-brown coat with an assortment of white markings--a spot on the top of her head, and on her face, legs, and chest.
PROFILE
Sophia is a sweetie! She loves going on walks, and is eager to meet and greet every person we see. She sometimes barks at other dogs along the way; but other times she seems eager to play. This girl has a moderate amount of energy, and she keeps up a good pace.
She also enjoys lounging in her big dog bed. Sophia is potty trained and has not had any accidents. She does well in her crate, and we're working on building up the length of time that she's in it.
So far, Sophia hasn't expressed an interest in playing with toys. She is well mannered, doesn't bark in the house, and doesn't bother any belongings. She is receptive to training and has learned Sit quite easily, and we'll be adding more commands soon. Out of her eagerness to connect with others, she does sometimes jump on folks, but we're working on that.
Another perk: She sleeps well throughout the night, though she does snore sometimes. 🙂 So, a wonderful dog all-around!
HEALTH
Sophia is up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed.
HISTORY
Sophia's owner was unable to take care of her. She came from a rural shelter.
