Myrtle is a gorgeous muted torti with stunning amber eyes and the cutest little pink nose. She's an incredibly friendly, social cat -- always wanting to be where the people are, and she wants nothing more than to take long cat naps on a warm lap!

When Myrtle was found as a stray, she was very malnourished, and her digestive tract was in pretty rough condition. But with some good old fashioned IAR TLC, she has recovered well! She now has lots of energy, loves to play with cat toys of all kinds, and enjoys climbing the cat tree for better views of the outside world.

She'll make a fantastic pet for someone who can give her the attention and adoration she desires. She needs consistent interaction, play and affection, especially until she becomes more comfortable and trusting that her needs will be attended to. Whatever her "before rescue story is (of course, we'll never know), she seems worried that she'll be abandoned again. A very kind human who will help her build her confidence and learn to trust again is just what she needs to flourish!

She's fully vaccinated, spayed, micro-chipped and ready for a home of her own.
