Because Borscht is younger than 6 months of age, it is IAR policy that he must be adopted with another kitten or into a household with a young cat (general guideline of 2 years or younger but on a case by case basis).

Borscht is very sweet and affectionate. He loves to rub up against your legs and soak in all the pets and attention he can get. He makes a cute little chirp when he'd like some more. He still needs a little time to warm up to strangers, but once you're in, he's a total love bug, and who could say no to those big sad eyes?
He loves to play with his siblings and pounce after wand toys, and he's got a lot of adorably funny mannerisms. Borscht is great little companion. He'd love to be adopted with one of his sisters, Minestrone and Chowder, or his foster friend Gazpacho, or to a home with a friendly young cat that could show him the ropes.
