All About Me

Velma is bonded to another cat and would like to be adopted together. Please check her Best Friends section.

Meet Velma and Daphne, just two tuxie girls whose sweetness and playful spirits are as bright as their remarkable rescue story. That's right, we said TUXIE GIRLS! Not a common occurrence!
These adorable siblings were found living in a snug underground den beneath a rotting tree, where their mom had lovingly created their little world. But when a week of heavy rains made their home unsafe, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan came to their rescue, digging them out and offering them a chance at a new beginning.

Velma and Daphne's resilience shines as brightly as their playful personalities. These kittens are a bundle of joy, with a zest for life that's infectious. They're not just sweet and fun; they're also incredibly friendly, getting along wonderfully with big dogs and showing an endless affection for people. Whether they're chasing after toys, snuggling up for a nap, or exploring their new surroundings, Velma and Daphne are always a source of happiness.
One of their favorite hobbies is window watching from big patio doors out onto a patio and balcony, watching the sky and birds.

Together, they make a perfect pair of playful companions, eager to fill your home with laughter and love. They're ready to embark on their next adventure-finding a forever family where their joyful spirits and affectionate nature will be cherished. Alongside their brother and mom, who are also available for adoption, Velma and Daphne are most fond of one another and are ready to bring their warmth and wonder into a loving home.

If you're looking for a dynamic duo to brighten your days and add a sprinkle of magic to your life, Velma and Daphne are waiting to make your world their new playground. Embrace this charming pair and let their enchanting presence fill your heart with joy.

All IAR cats will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines at the time of adoption.
