All About Me

Apollo is bonded to another cat and would like to be adopted together. Please check his Best Friends section.

Apollo has lived up to his name so far...such a kitty full of love, light, and plenty of luck. 2 months ago Apollo was suffering from the horrible virus that is feline panleukopenia. At one point I was afraid he wouldn't turn the corner but he did. He gave me hope that life sometimes wins. Apollo has regain all of his weight and is now within normal range and healthy for 6 weeks. He remains a picky eater but after what he went through I told him he gets a free pass for a while. He insist his fancy feast is topped with a delectable brand treat. Apollo is so full of spunk, good vibes, and cheer. He just knows how to make you smile...whether it is the spooky cat walk/hop down the hall towards you, or getting in your lap to cuddle and watch a movie. And he gives the cutest little kitty kisses on your hand. Apollo is very curious though and it can get him into some stuff but because he has already found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow he escapes unscathed...Lucky Apollo is his true name. Apollo loves to play with his brother Ares and cuddle with his brother, mom Hera and his foster mom. He also loves a good wand toy. He will parkour off furniture for a wand toy...such a hoot. Apollo's best bud Athena unfortunately succumbed to the virus. She fought very hard and made it to day 7 but she developed pneumonia as a secondary infection. Please adopt Ares with Apollo so they can stay together as they have already been through so much loss in their little lifetime.

All IAR cats will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines at the time of adoption.
