Bell Pepper, or Biscuit Bell as her fosters call her, was found in a storage shed with her brother, Carolina Reaper, as a little 3 week old kitten. When the owners of the shed opened the door, she was sitting up front. She looked up at them and was ready for attention. She has blossomed into such a sweet girl! She plays hard with her brother, and even though she is smaller, and usually wins their wrestling matches. This sweet girl is a Michelin Star Biscuit Making Queen and loves to cuddle with humans and her brother.
