Butterscotch is a spunky, vocal kitty who loves laying in the sun and playing with his foil ball. He and his brother Marshmallow were rescued from a difficult home situation. They have made incredible progress and it's clear that they trust me, feel safe, and enjoy being with people! Butterscotch is mostly blind - one eye is missing, the other is cloudy with a bit of vision remaining.
