Marmie is full of laid back vibes! If you enjoy good naps, good views out of sunny windows, and relaxing with a good blanket and book then Marmalade will be your new best friend! Marmie has a sweet, kind soul. He is gentle with his fellow kitten foster friends and does not mind the resident dogs either. His foster Mom calls him Grandpa Marmie as he loves all the other foster kittens and they love him back. He would only do well with a cat experienced laid back dog with good manners; no chasing and bullying. Marmie is a special cat for a special person with a huge heart wanting to partner with an older cat to help him live out his best life. He will need vet checkups 2+ times a year to monitor his health. His adopter must be willing to financially and emotionally support this sweet guy.

Marmie was found in a nearby town very down on his luck; sick, tired, lonely, and very hungry.
A distinguished older fella who is showing signs of age and a hard life. His bloodwork is pretty normal but he could experience some kidney issues sooner than later. He has arthritis, some dental issues and will probably stay pretty skinny (under 8 lbs) as he was left outside starving for so long that his body consumed his muscle to survive. He has great appetite, healthy pee/poop, content & happy, professional napper, lover of heating pad, gentle & loving lap cat.. He will need special food for possible renal issues. He enjoys the company and cuddles of kittens and has become my kitten room Nanny ❤️ aka Grandpa Marmie
