Spunky, sassy, silly - I'm Shirley. I am that kitten that greets you when you walk in the room and will listen intently about your day as long as you talk to me and pet me. I walk with style and grace and could rule the runway if I was a fashion model. If you noticed in my pictures, my right eye is still healing as I had a terrible eye infection as a baby. All 11 of my siblings and I were rescued from a neglect situation with eyes that were horribly infected and hurtful. Thank goodness, that nice lady from IAR rescued us and brought us into homes that could take care of us and our eyes. I'm currently living with my siblings Carmine - The Big Ragu and Laverne. We all get along very well, but Carmine and I are quiet the loving pair. I love to play, sleep, hang out and generally just be your friend. The vet said my eye is healing well. It is still cloudy and she thinks I can see out of it., but I'm waiting for my appointment with the eye specialist to confirm. The cloudiness may be permanent but it certainly won't get in the way of my modeling career or love for my people. I also live with a dog at my foster home right now who I like a lot.
