Victor was the shyest of his litter, so much so that we talked about letting him live outside. But once he got comfortable in his foster home, he turned into a complete cuddle bug! Now he drapes all over his foster mom’s lap and shoulders with a rumbly purr. Once you earn his trust, he will be forever loyal to his person.
