Nougat has a lot of the classic Siamese traits - very outgoing, people oriented and demanding at times. He wants to cuddle all the time and loves grooming hands, chins, etc. He loves playing and chasing his foster siblings around. He will do best in a home with people who are home a lot and able to give him the attention he loves and needs! He is bonded with his foster siblings and should be adopted with his foster sister Miley.
