History
Frank was part of a large group of cats living outdoors and being cared for by renters that were leaving. Frank and his siblings (BB, Henri, Bueller, Dot, Dash, Bleu, and Cooper) are all so well socialized that they deserve a chance to find their indoor, forever homes.
