Beautiful dilute calico with a sweet little face!
Tulip and her brother Tony are some of the friendliest kittens we have ever seen! Of course they were bottle fed from a very young age so they learned to trust and depend on people from the beginning. Tulip is the runt of the litter but she keeps up with her brother with no problem. She and Tony are very attached to each other and spend all day chasing, wrestling, napping and grooming each other. They are looking for a home together. Tulip is FeLV negative, litter trained, up to date on vaccinations and will be spayed in late May or early June. Tulip and Tony were brought to a rural shelter when they were just a couple of weeks old. They contacted IAR and one of our volunteers bottle fed them. They have tested positive for FIV however in most cases kittens this age only have the antibodies from the mother and don't actually have the disease. We plan to test them again when they are a bit older and fully expect them to convert to negative. Please see information here:
