Perth is an enthusiastic explorer and climber, and one of his favorite spots is on a shoulder where he can see the world, get a free ride, and sneak in a cheek rub whenever he wants. When there is no shoulder available, he is very content playing with the other foster kittens at his foster home. Perth gets along with all the other foster kittens at his home as well as the 3 dogs! He is very easy going and sweet!
