All About Me

Cute black and white kitten. Front legs are missing multiple bones so are turned slightly inward. Watch this little guy get around in spite of his problems:

Orca is a very sweet boy. He plays with the rest of his siblings/friends and just about any toy around but he also likes sitting in his foster moms lap for some quiet time. His foster mom was late for work recently because she just couldn't stand waking him up to make him move. 🙂 His legs are a bit straighter and more functional than his sisters are so he gets around pretty well. Due to Orca's disability he and his sister Sealy will need a very special home. This home will need to be patient, understanding and accommodating. They need to stay together as they help each other. They need a home that is 1 story (no steps to try to maneuver), mostly, if not all, hardwood/tile flooring to lessen the possibility of wear and tear on the legs from carpet and family members that will be very conscious of their whereabouts so they don't get stepped on since they can't move as quickly as a fully abled cat. A home with adults only or young-adult children would be best. Orca is litter trained, FeLV/FIV negative, up to date on vaccinations and neutered. He and his sister Sealy will be ready for a new home after that. See more pictures of Orca and his siblings and friends at https://picasaweb.google.com/

History

Orca and his siblings were found in a front yard with their mom when the kittens were just a few days old. The family set them up in a safe area on their porch and contacted IAR.
