All About Me

Domino is a very handsome black and white cow kitty, with a Batman mask, and a cute elfish face. He has ultra short silky fur. Growing fast.

This fellow got off to a very rough start in life, but once he found IAR he has never looked back! As a young kitten, he somehow made his way onto the patio at a local senior center, having a large open wound on his back leg, which was obviously broken. We initially thought he would lose that leg, but with good nutrition and outstanding care from the staff at New Hope Veterinary Hospital, Domino is now running and playing on all four legs. Almost like new. He has a small limp that is getting better all the time. Domino is very dear and enjoys hanging out with people. As soon as you start to sweet talk him, he begins purring, making biscuits and gazing at you. Although he might be a bit reticent with new people initially, it does not take long before he is in your lap and purring. He was not with other kittens during his recuperation, and is fast learning how to be respectful of other kitties. But he has wide open kitten energy and will definitely need a cat companion. Domino is litter trained, FIV/ FELV negative, microchipped, and will be ready to go home to his new family after he gets "fixed" in late September.

History

Kitten from a large group of cats at a local Senior Center. Badly wounded as a kitten, he made his way to ask for help from one of the residents, and was lucky that IAR found him there.
