All About Me

A cute medium-sized gray tabby with green eyes!

Stringer Bell is a very handsome, loving kitty. He is one of the sweetest, nicest cats I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, despite his background.

He was dumped at a high-kill shelter that clears out all of its animals every Tuesday night, but at the 11th hour, he was picked up and saved. As soon as he came out of his crate and into his foster home for the first time, he started purring and showed tons of affection.

He loves attention, purring and climbing into your lap in that order. If you sit down at a desk, he'll come running into your lap. As for attention, he doesn't mind how you give it. You can scratch his head, his belly, his back, his tailbone, or pick him up and he loves it.

There have been times that I've been sitting on the ground and he gets so carried away with getting love that he will distractedly inch into my lap and suddenly, to his surprise, lose balance and roll off! Also, rather than sleeping at the foot of the bed, he loves to nuzzle in between humans and purr himself to sleep.

He isn't fond of dogs, but doesn't mind watching them from afar and knows how to stand his ground. In fact, my 50 lb dog knows not to mess with him anymore.

He has a healthy appetite, is litter-box trained, and very understanding and forgiving when you need to clean his ears or give him medicine.

Although he loves attention, he can also enjoy his alone time. He can sit on the top shelf in a closet, under a bed, or inside a bathroom sink for hours if you need to get chores or errands done. He also loves perching at the window and watching the outside world. All in all, he's a wonderful cat and deserves a wonderful home!
