All About Me

I am a handsome black kitten with a tiny white spot on my belly and a few stray white furs on my front legs just for fun! My foster mom calls me "Ty the teddy bear" because I have thick, soft black fur and a sweet little teddy bear face.

Hi, I'm Tyler, I may be the biggest in my litter (nicknamed the Quintuplets because there are 5 of us) but I am the most gentle and laid back. Don't get me wrong, I do love romping around, wrestling and playing with my siblings, but I also enjoy a nice nap on my foster mom's lap, on the window sill basking in the sun, or in one of the many kitty beds our foster mom has for us. I love being rubbed and scratched on my lower back right above my tail. Oh... that's the best! I am a master at using my litter box and grooming myself, and I have tested negative for Felv/FIV. I am a very happy kitten and will start purring the moment someone (or some kitty) touches me. Because I am a kitten and have lots of kitten energy, I will need to go to a forever home that has a feline friend for me to play with. I would be thrilled to find a forever home with one of my siblings, Abby or Quigley! History

My siblings Abby, Leroy, Angelique, Quigley, and I were born under a garage to a feral mom in Durham. Our kitty-mom's caretaker called IAR for help. When our foster mom came to get our kitty-mom spayed she couldn't find us under the garage! Days later, she got a call that we were spotted in the crawl space under the neighbor's house - our kitty-mom had moved us. Our foster mom drove up minutes later and rescued us. Although scared of humans at first, we have learned that people are great and we are now super friendly happy kittens and love the indoor lifestyle!
