Swann is a lovely calitabby girl with unique markings and colors- (Dilute means that instead of traditional black and orange calico, her markings are gray and light orange!) It seems like she could not decide between being a calico or a gray tabby. When you look at Swann from the side, she appears to be a gray tiger cat but on closer inspection, her coat is splashed with faint, random small spots of light buff orange, occasional patches of orange tabby, and finished off with white boots, vest, and mittens. Looking head on, her sweet face is triangular in shape and tri-color, with off center tawny buff blaze on a white mask. She likes to squint and make eye contact with you, and seems to be smiling all the time.
Swann has a quirky and wonderful personality. She is very affectionate, and purrs and gives neck kisses when you pick her up. She is a bit of a talker, and will complain if you don't pay attention as soon as you come into her space. She is the true brave leader of her kitten pack, always first to check things out for her brothers, who are in full support from the rear flank. Swann is an active and playful kitten and will bring lots of fun and laughter to your home. She is tightly bonded to her sibs Baby Mallard and Robin, and she would love to be adopted with one of them or to go to a home with another cat friend for company. She is litter trained, FIV/ FELV negative, microchipped and will be ready for her new home after she is spayed in late July.
Swann and her brothers Baby Mallard and Robin were rescued from a dangerous outdoor situation as young kittens. They were being fed on someone's porch on a busy street, and had to hide in the woods until nightfall when it was safe enough to come and eat. They are very appreciative of having a safe indoor home and plenty of food and love!
