Charlie loves attention! He is the first to run to you and is very vocal to ensure you don't miss him. If you have a can of food with you he will love you even more. He is very playful with his siblings and loves attention from his foster family. After a good meal he likes to stretch out for a long nap. Charlie is litter box trained, FeLV/FIV negative, neutered, has all his vaccinations and is looking for a loving home.
