Piper is a super model of a cat. She looks black but in the sunlight you can see the faintest evidence of a brown brindle to her coat. Piper watches everything that moves, both indoors and out and is always happy to greet you, purring and rubbing you till you melt. She comes to greet us at the door and often competes with the dog for attention. Piper can be somewhat reserved at first and will take her own time getting to know you, but once she does she can be incredibly affectionate. She almost always finds a place in bed to sleep with her humans or curled up with her BFF Ivan. Piper has been living with an English Sheep Dog for the last 5 years of her life and is very tolerant of her playful antics. She has also been around children for extended periods of time. Piper and Ivan have always been together and they share a very special bond. They cuddle and groom each other and want to be adopted together.
