Kohl has long shiny gray fur and a habit of waving his plumy tail in the air like a flag. The combination gives him a very regal appearance.

Kohl knows how to make an entrance, announcing his presence with a bold meow when he walks into a room. He craves attention and will stand on his hind legs to press the top of his head firmly into the palm of a petting hand. His foster mom can't resist picking him up because he wraps his arms around her neck for a hug and then pushes his nose into her cheek for a kitty kiss. Kohl has never met a human that he didn't like to pet him. He gets along great with dogs and with cats of all ages, even the hissy ones. While he is capable of amusing himself, he enjoys his sessions with the Cat Dancer and other toys with a human on one end. He'll repay the attention you give him with love and loyalty.
