Lionardo is a large, "classic" orange tabby with very dark, deep orange marbelized swirls on his sides. He is absolutely beautiful. His fur is short but has an interesting and unusual "downy" undercoat that makes it indescribably soft.

Lionardo is as glorious and regal as his name, along with being a loving and sweet fellow. He is the "kind ruler" of his foster home, gently deferring to the other kitties even when it's dinnertime and even though he is by far the biggest cat in the house! Lionardo is a LAP CAT and a cuddler, and loves when his foster parents are watching a movie so he can sit between them for double snuggling and attention! Lionardo is litterbox trained and very healthy. He adores other cats and did great when introduced to a huge moose of a dog--Lionardo just sat there fearless like he wanted to make friends! We would like Lionardo to go to a home with another friendly animal for company. (If you are looking for a great pair of kitties that get along with each other, please consider adopting Lionardo along with his darling little brother Scooter. However, they do not have to be adopted together.) Lionardo is truly magnificent and will make a lucky adopter VERY happy!
