Rudy is a charming little guy. He loves attention; he runs up to his foster mom when she enters the room. Rudy loves to snuggle with his sister Paloma and his older brothers, Cassidy and Sundance. Rudy is fun and sweet. He has fallen asleep in his foster mom's arms many times.
