Scarlett is a little girl. She was emaciated when she entered foster care and is slowly gaining weight. She has large ears and an angular face. She is a beautiful calico, with possibly some Siamese. She has bright green eyes, one of which looks like she is wearing eyeliner.

Scarlett is very young and playful. She loves playing with toys and looking out from the window seat. She follows her foster mother around and sleeps on the foot of the bed. She has had exposure to all sorts of strangers, children, and cats. She's okay with dogs, she just ignores them. Here's what she says about herself: p-u-r-r-r-r� Hello, my name is Scarlett. I am named after Scarlett O'Hara from "Gone with the Wind." I got my name because when I entered foster care I was very skinny. I wanted to eat all the time, and my foster mother was more than happy to oblige. My foster family joked that I was saying "As God as my witness, I'll never go hungry again!" Humans are so silly! I really am the Belle of the Ball. I have a beautiful angular face and bright green eyes. I'm very good with other cats and I tolerate (by ignoring) dogs. Tomorrow is another day for me to be at home with you.
