Leia is a beautiful, petite, short-haired tortoiseshell kitty with a soft, silky coat and sweet, loving eyes. She has a distinctive and cute little white tuft on her chest.

Leia is a very friendly cat whose favorite thing in the world is to be held like a baby! She is not shy with strangers but instead treats everyone she meets like a new friend, with lots of affection. She loves people, has a great motor, and will start to purr as soon as she sees you. She loves to cuddle, curl up in your lap, and nuzzle her little head up under your chin. Her other favorite pastimes include playing with her mouse toy, keeping an eye on the neighborhood from her window seat, and taking naps in her cat bed. She is very good at keeping herself entertained. Since her high-energy kitten days are in the past, she is a very well-behaved, low-maintenance, laid-back cat. She doesn't get into trouble, since she'd prefer to snuggle and chill out. Despite her name, she is not a princess at all! She is not fussy or demanding. She never whines or complains. She has a sweet little meow that she only uses to let you know she's happy to see you. She loves to be petted and to sleep with her human friends at night. She's also a big "kneader" which is another way she lets you know she's happy and content. She's an independent, self-assured kitty with a big heart. She's also very good with food and doesn't overeat, so free-feeding is not a problem. She's an all-around perfect cat!
