Fluffy and fabulous tiger boy.

Buddy is a playful cuddle bug. He is a little shy at first, but once he warms up to you he loves attention. All you have to do is put your hand on him and it sounds like a lawnmower starting up. He will flop down on his side for scratches all day long. He even loves belly rubs! Like, actually asks for them! he'll lay on his back and lift his leg up like a dog so you'll scratch his belly. He's also a ferocious hunter (for a kitten). If he hears any toys being played with he'll sprint across the house to be the first to attack. He loves wrestling with his foster brother, pouncing on anything attached to a string, and he is obsessed with shoes. Apparently they make great wrestle partners. Buddy would love to be adopted with another cat or into a household that has another young cat.
