Penelope is a gorgeous tuxedo kitten with a round face and big green eyes. Her fur is very fluffy and soft. Please follow Penelope and her brother Charlie and foster sibs on Instagram.

Penelope is very quiet and sweet. She watches from the sidelines and enjoys playing by herself or roughhousing with her brother Charlie and her foster siblings. She loves to snuggle and make biscuits in soft blankets.

Penelope would be especially happy to find a home with another cat from her foster home:
Penelope and Charlie were discovered bound in insulation under a home in Creedmoor. They were taken in to a local vet and then transferred to an IAR foster home where they are being socialized and loved.
Penelope is healthy and up to date on meds including rabies vaccine. She is spayed and microchipped.
