Mercury is a total glutton for love who wants nothing more than to be with you and on you/in your lap all the time. He was nicknamed Hot Mess Express as a kitten because he always wants to be with you, loved on, and adorably in your way. He is the resident “greeter” of the house. He will jump up on your lap when you're on the toilet, curl up in front of you when you're working at your desk and lick your chin, and otherwise make sure to share as much love as possible with you every day. As is the norm with kittens, he's also very playful and spends his waking hours playing tag with his foster siblings around the house. He met dogs and children as a young kitten -- with proper introductions, he would likely do well with well-mannered dogs and children.
