Quiggley is fun-loving and plays all day long with the cats and kittens in his foster home. He is gentle and sweet and has never met a cat or dog he does not like. He purrs instantly when he gets picked up and chirps when he is trying to get attention. Playtime and dinner are his favorite pastimes. This easygoing smooth operator needs a companion kitty or dog to stay happy. He is very social and easy to handle.
