All About Me

Otis Ray is chestnut brown with a white star in the middle of his chest and a mottled pink and brown nose.

Otis Ray is a loving and playful pup! Some of his favorite activities are fetch and tug of war and he has also taken up running into piles of leaves this season.

Otis is happiest when making friends with other dogs and people. A real family dog, Otis enjoys the company of all humans, no matter their age or size, as well as other dogs. He does his best to stay involved in whatever activities are on the calendar for the day and is always willing to assist when and where he can. Otis will love you dearly and stare at you fondly wherever you go. Expect to provide many hugs, as Otis is a great snuggler.

Otis is looking for a home where his people are very active and where he can get plenty of exercise, both mental and physical, and attention. Otis would adore a fenced-in backyard and another dog to play with, though neither are required if his people are committed to maintaining his social calendar. He does need to lose a few pounds, and hopes that his new family will help him do so.

Otis thrives on attention and inclusion from and with his family, to put it simply!

Otis is house-trained and crate-trained. He has even successfully lived with a cat.
