Annalise is an adorable tan puppy with black markings and long legs. She has a white tip on her tail and cute freckles on her front paws. Often one ear stays up and the other down, and her sweet dark chocolate eyes will just make you melt!

Annalise's striking markings give her a refined, dignified look—but don't let that fool you: this girl is all playful puppy! When she's happy she wags her tail so hard that her entire body wiggles: So cute! She loves meeting new people, figuring out how to get treats out of her Kongs, and playing with her foster sisters.

When we talk to her, Annalise wrinkles her forehead and gives us the puppy head-tilt while those fabulous ears go up and down, almost like she understands what you're saying! She currently knows "Sit" and "Down." But Annalise is super-smart and learns quickly once the distraction of playmates is removed!

Annalise is still very uncertain about her crate, but we repeatedly let her know that it is a safe place, and she continues to make progress Her potty training is going very well. Her leash skills are a work-in-progress. It's not that she doesn't like the leash: It's just that she wants to go FAST!
