All About Me

Jax is white, with black on his back end, big black spots on his back, a black mask over one eye, and adorable pink and black smudges round his nose and mouth.

Jax is the happiest dog I have ever met! His tail is always wagging, and when he gets really excited (which doesn't take much!) his entire butt starts wiggling. Jax is a simple dog: He loves to eat (never leaves anything left in the bowl), snuggle on the couch, run around, or simply hang out outside. But more than anything, Jax loves going for a ride or just posing up in the bed of the truck or lounging in the cabin. My next-door neighbors have an older Great Dane and a Corgi who occasionally get to play with Jax.

Jax is allowed to roam freely in the house while I am away at work and has never chewed anything up, torn up any blinds, or had an accident inside. My neighbors say he does not bark while I am away. He sleeps in his crate with the door open. He knows Sit, Lie down, Shake, and Stay, and he runs to his crate on command ('Crate'). He comes immediately when indoors, but still needs a little more practice when outside. We are currently working on leash training.
