Phil is a deep grey color with a handsome white star on his chest. He has soft plush fur and gorgeous golden green eyes.

Phil and his sister Lil were found outside with their feral mom as tiny kittens. They are now weaned and active playful little Rugrats who are keen to find a fantastic forever home. They love to wrestle and chase each other, climb and bat at fuzzy mice toys or feather wand toys. Phil and Lil would do best in a quiet calm household as they are still getting used to being around people. They are timid but becoming more and more bold every day! Phil and Lil are a bonded pair of siblings so will need to be adopted together. They are even becoming dog friendly!
