Nico is a brown tabby with a CUTE and somewhat tubby spotted belly.
Nico's fat little belly is so irresistible that he is terribly spoiled by everyone he meets. No one can resist touching the belly, and Nico just eats it up. He loves to be the center of attention. Nico's best pal is his sister Athena. Nico is a relaxed fellow, content to let his sister figure out the next trick, so he can copy her right away. On the other hand, Nico is usually the one to pick a fight. He loves to wrestle with Athena so much that he'll often flop down on his back (perhaps to show off his belly), and let her be the one to pounce on top. What a sweet boy.

Nico and Athena were born in a rural North Carolina shelter. We brought them into foster care with their mother, Mamma Mia, when they were just one week old. They've grown up from sweet babies to strapping toddlers, and they are more and more fun every day. They will be ready for adoption in early June.
