Tiger Lily is a striking calitabby, a lovely combination of calico and tabby. She has patches of gray and orange and is striped.
Tiger Lily is a sweet and friendly young cat. She loves to be around her family, both human and feline. She spends most of the afternoon snoozing in her favorite cat bed. But first thing in the morning and in the evening, she is all play, play, play! She loves sitting on laps and purring and being petted. Tiger Lily also craves the company of other cats her age. She gets into enthusiastic wrestling matches with her foster friend, Dinah. Tiger Lily will make a wonderful companion for some lucky family.

Tiger Lily was born to a young feral mother who lived outside a Durham restaurant. The mother was very young herself and didn't know how to take care of her kitten. Tiger Lily was rescued by the restaurant owner and bottle fed by an IAR volunteer until she was ready to go into a permanent foster home. Because of all the human handling she received as a kitten, Tiger Lily loves people.
