Collie is a petite black and white cat. She lost one of her eyes when she was very young, but she plays and snuggles just like any other cat.

A friendly, purry, curious kitty, Collie loves people and greets anyone who visits. She's a truly wonderful companion who will ask to play with you if she thinks you're game. She also enjoys snuggling with her person under a blanket, especially on a sofa. If you like to read while reclining under a comforter, this could be the cat for you.

Collie should be an only cat; other cats make her very anxious. She might enjoy a gentle, fun dog companion though -- she loves to play chase, even as an adult cat; we think she might be part puppy.

She often invites you to scratch her head and almost always purrs when picked up. She loves chasing ping pong balls, scratching cardboard, sleeping in the sun, and burrowing into a pile of tissue paper. She doesn't make a fuss, but she'll be happiest if you let her know she's important to you.

She was abandoned (after someone taught her to snuggle under a blanket) and has been through a few homes, so she does best if you relate with her regularly (talking, petting, grooming, or playing). Otherwise, she can get a little sad.

She was found living outside at an apartment complex, with a severe virus and an infected eye. More recently, she had to have dental surgery and had a few teeth removed (she still eats normally). Now, she enjoys herself so much that it definitely was worth the trouble.

She might be a year or so older than stated here - it's hard to be sure. She's very fun, though.

She's perfect with the litter box, FIV and FeLV negative, and has all her vaccinations up to date. She's ready to go home.
