Because Rae the Manta Ray is younger than 6 months of age, it is IAR policy that she must be adopted with another kitten or into a household with a young cat (general guideline of 2 years or younger but on a case by case basis).

Rae is a unique girl- a female orange tabby! She isn't as outgoing as her colony-mate and foster sister (Molly the Mollusk) but she can absolutely be won over with some play time. She has an IMPRESSIVE top speed that could qualify her for the kitten olympics. While she is hesitant around new people and places, she has an obvious curiosity and loves to observe. She has enjoyed play time with both Molly and other cats, and would probably adjust best in an environment with a familiar friend. She is no stereotypical orange cat- she is a smart girl with a gentle personality but plenty of energy.
